eh. we've been here a few times and every time it just feels weird. this place has good beer, friendly staff, lots of dart boards and board games, but only one pool table. probably the worst music selection on the box i've seen and the crowd is weird...young 20somethings to "i'm so hot right now" late 30's to 40somethings...homeboys, preppys, and granola. very strange atmosphere. i really liked the bar food...grilled cheese with fresh tomato or chicken strips. Yum

Great beers. Excellent beer selection and I think they always had Jolly Roger (one of my personal favorites, but alas a Winter beer) on tap. It's not a real popular place, but can be busy with the neighborhood locals. Decent drinks but I'd recommend the beer options. Decent place to come and watch a baseball game.

Big Fun. Cooper's is a classic neighborhood pub. Great place to watch a game, or just hang out. Great food, beer, fun/personable bartenders, and the prices are right. It is not your trashy Tavern, it is a warm inviting Pub atmosphere, that pours a solid cocktail as well. I recommend Thursdays, when any of the great selection of beers are $2.50 a pint, which usually draws a fun crowd. Check it out.

Coop's. It can be crowded, but I tend to go during quieter times. The food is truly great. The fish and chips are the best in Seattle, no doubt, the nachos are also great (and huge!). The beer selection is awe-inspiring. Great place!

Great Beer and Grub. Great neighborhood pub. Good pub grub, great beer (21 micro taps + PBR), and stiff drinks. Nachos are the best around and burger is great, too. Huge BBQ Pork appetizer is killer! Six flat screens are always sports-oriented and a great college-radio type jukebox (no top 40, Nickleback, or country etc...). Best dart set-up around with four well lit steel tip boards. Service is friendly at the bar, spotty on the floor. Trivia night on Tuesdays might be the best in town. Tough questions and always packed. Parking's tough but can usually find a spot within a block. Very eclectic crowd. Anywhere from college hipsters to middle aged beer geeks. Not too loud most of the time, but can get very busy Th-Sat. Recommended!
