i was helped by three diffrent staff members, they were all very personable, it was very busy so it was nice to see them still smilling.
TIM MCGOVERN is well dressed, polite, and extremely attractive. it was a pleasure to look..I mean work with him.
"Devin is who helped primarily; Jacob
also helped some, as did others in secondary or supporting ways.
The entire straff is friendly, eager to help, quite knowledgeable.
Devin was superior in every way - a real pleasure to work with.
I ended up with a phenomenal bike, due in large part to Devin's willingness to listen to me, what I wanted in a bike, not what HE thought I needed."
Kevin was a great help to my questions and provided me with other information that helped me further.
The guys in the bike dept were very helpful. The guys at the parts counter were not quite as friendly.
My sales associate at this visit was excellent, my reluctance about Gregg's stems from a prior incident.
Dave was very helpful and diligent both in determining what type of bike to get, and then in being creative in finding a way to fit my short torso and long legs.
The salesman who helped me was very patient with how little I actually knew about bikes and taught me as we went what I needed to know to buy the right bike. Also with my small budget he helped me find a bike that was just right for my commute to school.
Im still somewhat of a novice when it comes to cycle info, the employees helped out a bunch and did not make me feel inferior as other shops have. Thank you.
I was assisted by David H. on two separate occasions, and by another person whose name I forgot (he had red hair, I believe). Both were extremely helpful, and took about 20 - 30 minutes of their time to help me out, even though I had said that I was "just looking" and probably not ready to purchase anything at that moment. Their detailed knowledge of the inventory was mind boggling, and I didn't receive the usual too-cool attitude that I've received at most Northwest bike stores. I can rightly say my experience with them was among the best customer service experiences I've had.
