I was one of Mr. Steiner's students, and can say that he really knows his stuff when it comes to realistic, street smart self defense. That said, you should be warned this system is very brutal, and really isn't for everybody. If your a politically correct liberal, or the typical Seattleite, you won't feel very comfortable here. But if you want to learn a self defense system that might very well save your life if somebody has the intention of killing you out on the streets, this is the place to go. The system is a tested one, Mr. Steiner has taught law enforcement personnel for decades, including detectives in the South Bronx. It really does work.
