Best Burger in a Long Time!. I read about this place here on city search and traveled an hour to try it out... it was worth the travel. I ordered the BBQ burger and it was perfect! It was so juicy! The flavor was unique due to the house BBQ sauce and the wheat bun it was placed on. Make sure to get extra napkins as this burger is a messy but desirable experience.

I also had to order the orange cinnamon creme brulee. It was fabulous! The custard was smooth and creamy and perfect, and the lightly caramelized top was infused with cinnamon and orange that was to die for. The portion was very generous and was able to be shared with another diner with no longing for more, even though I would have gladly taken more if offered!

All in all, I was left with a smile, the service was prompt and attentive, I was completely content and relaxed when I left not desiring anymore food then what was offered (I didn't need to pop into the local ice cream shop after words to fill a sweet tooth). It is advertised as being family friendly, but the bar is half the first floor and right by the door, so kids are exposed from the git go.

Great Food, Great Beer... what more can you want?. With Great Beer and food to match, there isn't much more you can want from a local Brewpub! I'm a frequent visitor of Elliot Bay Pub, and I love it. It's low key, comfortable and their food and drink is consistently delicious. It's kid-friendly and the high-backed booths make for a comfortable dinner for a part of 4 or less. I definately recommend their ruben sandwich! Delicious! Thank you EBP!!!

Consistently great food and service. I have been to the Elliot Bay Brewery and Pub 4 times in the last month. My wife and I have just moved to West Seattle, and we have been thoroughly impressed with the food and service. It is remarkable when anyone can deliver perfect food and service consistently, and it appears after 4 visits, Elliot Bay is able to do just that. The service is genuinely friendly when you walk in, and the service has remained to be attentive and friendly, either while sitting at the bar or at a table. This last week, I tried the Chicken Cordon Bleu, and wow!!! This is a pub...and even the veggies and pasta as the side items were hot and very flavorful. The chicken was perfect. The entire staff is very engaged with the customers, and obviously that is another reason why they are always busy. Keep up the great job.

Philly Cheap steak & crapcake sandwich. Went to the establishment on a weekend in March of 2007. We were "greeted" by a moody bartender, and had an overpriced beer, a Philly "cheese" steak sandwich, and a crabcake sandwich. I expected more from the food we ordered. My Philly was fairly salty, and was topped with some sort of cheaper american cheese, which gave it a "funny" taste. Is the provolone that much more on a sandwich they charged $10 bucks for? The crabcake sandwich had many "other" ingredients, and needed more crab in my opinion, and the frozen fries just didn't make it..... (cheap and easy I'm sure) sorry.... more attention needed to REAL food on this menu.... felt like someone shopped at Costco frozen food, and made the menu. The profit margin must great. We both kept "burpping" the crabcakes.

West Seattle microbrewer with broad-age appeal and standard pub fare.. In Short
This lively brewpub on California Avenue has a broad audience: It's kid-accessible so families can enjoy dinner, while those simply in search of a drink can head upstairs to the balcony or hunker down at the bar. The menu features typical pub grub: burgers and sandwiches. The place makes several versions of its beer on the premises and offers a small selection of wines and other beer on tap, including a rare raspberry lambic.
