Simple mexican food. I live nearby and tried them for first time. Food was decent. Salsa bar had a few different type salsas. Bench type tables. I tried their carne asada. Rather than slices, it was a whole skirt steak. The seasoning was nothing to write home about. I found the flavor of the mexican place a couple doors down to be better for their carne asada, yet the meat portion from this restraunt was more.

Great value, friendly service. We love this place, it is low key. The food is very authentic and the "ceviche tostadas" are phenomenal! the food seems minimally processed which is a plus. It won't be low fat though, they cook everything Mexican style.

Affordable Mexican fare in a bright, comfortable setting.. In Short
Since most of the staff in this sunny taqueria speak little English, any español at all will help when ordering. Meats--including cabeza (beef cheeks), slow-cooked carnitas (pork) and even lengua (tongue)--are marinated in chili-infused marinades. The menu offers everything from flautas to whole fried fish. The simple taco options include fish, meats or veggies wrapped in two grilled corn tortillas.

Excellent tacos!. Great place for delicious tacos (fish, pollo, carne asada, etc) Delicious burritos (try the guyamas veggie or the salmon), incredibly good salsas, and agua fresca. Good sized portions, great value, kid friendly. I've been going to this place almost once a week at least since it opened -- probably for 10 years...
