CAYCE & GAIN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR RENTORS - READ THE REVIEWS

Cayce & Gain is by far THE worst property management in West and all of Seattle. Luckily I had a heads up with their complete lack of responsiveness to any and all of my maintenance calls. Property on Ambaum in Burien is rodent infected yet they still rent it out. One unit hasn't rented for almost 2 years there because they are running slum units at that property.

I will have to proceed in a litigious manner them in order to retrieve my (huge) deposit back. They in no way, shape, or form perform their responsibilities as landlords and could care less about tenants rights. Cayce & Gain property management is untrustworthy and unresponsive to their tenants and their business practices are very questionable at best.

MY advice to potential renters of Cayce & Gain is DON'T RENT FROM THEM. Put your money where it is atleast valued and you are respected as that valued tenant....and that will not be your experience with Cayce & Gain West Seattle.
