This office was dishonest and unpleasant to work with. We checked and double checked before our procedure to make sure our insurance would cover the full cost. They assured us it would. After the procedure, we received a bill for $226. When we contacted the office, they denied their agreement and had no hesitation in being rude and curt regarding the bill. When it became clear they were not going to honor their word, we inquired about setting up a payment plan. They said they would get back to us. They never did. And they sent our account to collections in literally less than 5 weeks from the billing date, without ever telling us. The lady in the billing office seemed to get off on her supposed position of authority, and was very callous (while maintaining a fake, cheery tone of course). It was bizarre. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Dentistry at its finest.... Growing up I've had some pretty unplesant experiences at the dentist, which admittedly skewed my perception of dentist's and how they treat their patients from an early age. This all changed when I was in the care of the professionals at Smile Secrets.

It all starts when you open the door, with a warm greeting from Alicia and pleasant atmosphere that will put your nerves at ease. But it doesn't stop there, once you are in the chair Kari and her assistant Laura, they make it their mission that you are 100% comfortable and at ease by providing everything from kozy pillows,blankets,movies to watch and soothing aromatic scents that round out the overall experience.

But wait it, the amazing experience doesn't end there! Emily, the resident hygienist is an outstanding extension of Smile Secrets that rounds your entire stay. She like everyone else at Smile Secrets also makes sure that your comfort is #1 when you are in her care.

All in all, my experiences at Smile Secrets have been nothing but stellar and I whole heartedly recommend 100%.

Awesome customer care. Kari and her team members are outstanding in customer service. They acknowledge you from the minute you step though the front door and really listen to your needs. They don't push you to do something you are not interested in. They are very current on new dental information, techniques and procedures. A very comfortable, clean and well run office; makes you feel at home.

Amazing. Dr. Chellis is a wonderful dentist. She is caring and makes you feel at home. Her work is amazing. I had gaps in my teeth and she used a filling material to match my teeth and you can't even tell! I thought I was going to need braces, which I didn't want, and they look beautiful! I would recommend her to anyone. Her team is so nice too, they always make you feel welcome.
