I just want customer Service.
WAMU continues to lose ground in customer service. If you want to get answers and not go to the bank (which I am sure isn't any better) you must either navigate through a maze of touch tones to finally get someone who can't answer the questions because they haven't been trained.
After several failed conversations containing information that is confusing; and watching their customer service deteriorate over the 12 years I have been a customer I am leaving WAMU.

My husband and I own a business and have multiple accounts at Washington Mutual. I started out at the Greenwood Branch years ago when I received good service, then about 7 years ago the service went down hill at Greenwood (It might be better now?). We decided to switch to the Crown Hill Branch and we have been very happy. Anna Mae, the bank manager is a sweetheart and everyone else is friendly and knowledgeable. Tolin Peterson, has helped us out a great deal in managing all of our accounts and facilitate loans and lines of credit. We highly recommend the friendly, professional service at Crown Hill WAMU.
