Do not listen to the other reviews!

Hi, I just want to say that if your thinking of not going to richs because of the reviews underneath get that thought out of your head. This is 5 reviews over a 4 year period and they have an a plus from the bbb. I live 10 hours away and had to call them almost every other day for two weeks and they answered all my questions. They even put the car i wanted on hold for two weeks for only a small percantage of the cost! Again dont let the few bad apples turn you away these guys will hook you up.

Horrible Experience

I bought a used Ford Taurus. On the way home smoke started to billow out of the car. It needed a new radiator for $900 the next day. Then the smoking didn't stop so it was back in shop for two more weeks and turned out it had a cracked transmission and this had to be rebuilt for $1,950. In all I have spent more on repair than I purchased the car for and I have no recourse.

Bad place to get a car

I bought a small jetta in November of 2008 and have put lots of money back into it. The car breaks down once a month. Broke down days after I first bought it. The car is broke down today.
