It's been several years since Dave did my home inspection. I was blown away by how thorough he was! I still make reference to his report as a reminder for things I need to keep an eye on. He not only found the problems that needed attention right away, but highlighted things I'd need to watch in the coming years. His construction background is really evident. I've seen other people's reports that are simple checklists. Dave's report is SO much more. It took me quite a while to digest all the information, but it was well worth the time. The real estate agent seemed a little disgruntled when I hired Dave... now I understand why. He finds things everyone else would rather sweep under the proverbial rug. I felt like Dave was really in my corner when I was negotiating on the purchase and seemed more than happy to answer all my questions. I'd recommend Dave's inspections to anyone, they're worth every cent. Keep up the great work Dave, it's great to have someone that's truly working for the buyer!
