RUDE! and not friendly to disabled persons

The people here are down right rude!
my family went in the other day. myself my service dog my mother and father all went in. I was hoping to have a few questions answered and file a tax return for a prior year my father needed one done for this year. First thing out of her mouth I dont do dogs! sorry ma'am as I was told by the people in the state department when you agree to help the public in a public venue its your job to help people. thouse that are disabled and use a service dog as well.
they told me that mine would cost extra because I was a student fine. she looked over my fathers paperwork told him his would be free as long as he did not claim me. fine we get started halfway through she says it will cost around 200 claiming that she did not realise he had a 401K hello it is checked on the w-2!!!
regardless my dad turned to my mom to ask a question she cuts him off and says I am not finishing unless you are going to pay. he was going to ask her about paying for it.
regardless we all walked out and when to another place.
they are just rude here if you are low income better off going through united way.
