This year, I had some financial trouble. I had always previously paid for my heating oil upfront. This time, I had to set up a payment plan. Rossoe was easy to work with. They follow up with easy to understand invoices. Rossoe is great for all my heating oil needs and I highly recommend them.

I've been a customer of Rossoe off and on for 5 years. I've tried a bunch of companies that sell heating oil and Rossoe is my favorite. The good news is that each time I call Rossoe first thing in the morning, the oil is delivered on the same day. Friendly, efficient, reliable service each time. I am grateful that they are there, not just for emergencies but for when I actually catch it before I run out of oil.

I have to say that the service contract HAS come in handy. They have performed regular annual maintenance on my furnace twice (at no cost) and recently did a $500 repair at no charge because of the service contract.

Rossoe's service contract is reasonable and I know I would have spent more money over the years for service and repairs if I was not signed up for the contract. Thumbs up for Rossoe and Dave.

They've always been good at fixing things after a refuel for no cost. Addiotionally, their price is low

"I've been a customer since 2005 when I purchased my house that has an oil furnace. I have yet to make ""friends"" with my furnace as it never resets quite right when I run out of oil - Rossoe, however is my furnace's best friend. The ol' girl starts right up for them!

I am under contract and the trip to restart my furnace once I've ran her dry is covered. I also always have the same driver filling me up, which is nice since my house is tricky to find and on a dead end that isn't the most friendly to large trucks."

Dan & Shawn kept telling me I would love it. I have had it a month and they were right. Everyone worked together to make this a good experience for me.
