Excellent Food Absolutley HORRIBLE service!. We were very pleased the first time we visited this restaraunt, and asked them to make us General Tso Prawns, and they did, despite the fact that it was not on their menu. When we recieved our food, it was excellent, and maybe even the best General Tso Prawns that we ever had. Because of this we definitley we wanted to return. Since then we have been back a few times and the service was terrible. The employees there can never understand our english, and we always speak slow, and plainly, and repeat ourselves many times. Even going thru this..they never have our to go orders correct, so we always end up waiting another 15 minutes. The last time that we dined in, we waited 15 minuted to have our order taken, then 45 minuted to get our food, then our entree was served before our appetizer. Then we waited a really long time before we recieved our check so we could pay and leave. Whenever we have approached someone about our issue, their excuse is always "oh we have a banquet in the other room" and "oh we will make it better next time" they never offer to give us a discount on our bill, and they never get better. As far as the excuse of having a banquet all the time, if they are going to offer these services, then they need to have the staff to take care of it, in addition to their normal staff. We will not go back there anymore even though the food is good, it is a shame how good they take care of their people, but if your not of asian decent you will not get good service. I don't mean to sound judgemental these are just the facts!!!!!

The bar. Jumbo restuarant serves decent chinese food, but I must say the bar serves excellent drinks and the servers are plenty friendly.

Delicious food, low prices. A big formal dining room in a shopping center . . . the ambience is a bit odd as the restaurant's size and decor don't match its location. But the food is outstanding. I first ate here at a formal banquet, and was struck by the quality of the food despite a very large numbe rof people to serve. Since then I have returned whenever possible and the food quality remains very high. Service is very nice and helpful in my view.

bad service. The first time i went the food was great, the service was horrible. My second experience the food was different and I had 10 times worst of customer service... My husband and I always go to chinese cuisines and order a lot of food and left overs to take home and usually that makes them happy or they dont question over here... while we were ordering he cut us off and said thats too much... well crap im paying for it.. cant they just make it.... and he made comments like why you order so much you cant eat all that... and he shook his head i mean come on.... i will never go there again!! ...and the first time i went we ordered fried rice and white rice and the lady asked us... why do you want white rice when u ordered fried rice already!!

Best Dim Sum n Seattle!!!. You've got to understand asian culture. Total Chinese banquet hall, but that's the beauty of it. The BEST Dim Sum in Seattle by far!!! If you get a chance try the Peking Duck, great value, only $12.95 for half an order, and it's tasty. Just go! Have an open mind and have some fun. It's just food, that's good!
