It's a bit of a sting that my old stove went kaput but always a pleasure to come into Albert Lee, find a very helpful sales staff and walk out of there with just the product that i needed. Shane was very helpful with the information and I appreciated how he gave me information about all options in the price range that i was interested in.

The delivery guys were excellent too. I live upstairs so they had to carry the stove up a flight of stairs. they managed it all very well.

Dan was very good a presenting me with the different models of washers and dryers available for my needs and price range. I went from an Asko washer and dryer to a Bosch washer and dryer. The Bosch units outperforms the 12 year old Asko units. I am very pleased.

The installation was on time, quick, clean, and done very professionally.The two installers had excellent ability to interact favorable with me.

Shane went above and beyond the call of duty. He also helped to sell me a garbage disposal and a cord to go with it so I could package everything together. Shane's great with sending a Sales Order Confirmation in PDF format and also included rebate information. I will recommend any of my friends or colleagues to reach out to him for their appliance needs. He's great. I use him as my contact professionally as a Purchasing Manager and for my personal order he was who I reached out to for help. Thank you Shane!

This was the easiest and most pleasant appliance purchase I have ever made. And, the delivery/installation staff were very careful, sensitive and polite (not to mention organized and very tidy).

I purchased a Samsung washer & dryer from Albert Lee October 8th 2012. The first delivery came out and had some damage on the corner, they promptly exchange the unit the next day. After a couple of cycles the unit had a severe vibration. I contacted Holly in customer service after a couple of questions wanted to come back out and have the unit and installation inspected. I was put in contact with Kirk Fisher who set a time to come out right away. After working in Seattle all day he came all the way out to Camano Island. He and his son who was previously employed with Albert Lee worked on the machine for over an hour checking the operation in multiple modes. They found that the floor had some soft spots in it. The level of commitment to ensuring I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I cant say enough about this company they have secured me as a customer for life.

We have always purchased our appliances from Albert Lee, mainly because of the way these folks opeate. If I stop by to look at something or talk to a sales associate about an appliance, I don't feel pressured at all. In fact, I appreciate that the sales associates will often recommend a make or model that makes the most sense for my usage, rather than an upsell based on price or quotas. Thank you!

Let me say first, that I am one of those people who is almost allergic to salespeople; I want to make my own decisions - ALONE, thank you very much and then show up at the cash register. But, I was in over my head with our kitchen remodel and it was a huge relief (and pleasure) to walk into AL and put myself in Roberta's capable hands.

Roberta is an exceptional representative of Albert Lee, unless everyone at AL is as good as she is, in which case, I think I really mean she is an extraordinary salesperson. Salesperson is not the correct term, because I never felt like I was dealing with a salesperson selling me things. Roberta was my partner in my kitchen remodel, the more knowledgeable one to boot. I did NOT want to get a "PhD" in appliances or understand the nuances between the different brands and I had a distinct vision of what I wanted. She listened, heard me (not always the same thing!) and guided me to exactly what I needed. I ended up with a trust of Robert and Albert Lee that has made me their customer for life.
