Unsanitary - gross. Yes, the food is decent and the service is snotty.. geez get over yourselves. They treat you like they are doing you a favor letting you eat there. For example.. don't go at closing time.. the girls will pick up the floor rugs and literally shake them out while you are eating right there.. wow crazy. you have crap flying and dust n stuff going onto the tables. That says hey we don't care about our customer. Have you ever heard of a vacuum?? This is a health violation!!! I never went back.
Alrighty. This place is good but in my opinion it is just a few steps up on a long staircase; from fast food burgers. Its obvious their patties are hand made bu the rest is just mediocre but when I want a big juicy burger with all the flavor and more this just did not satisfy to the full extent. Just not as special as I have heard it would be and the staff a kind of rude like you as the customer are kind of a pain in their you know what. It was just alright for me...
Damn good burgers, snotty service.. The burgers, onion rings, and shakes are delicious. The service, not so great. The girls that work here were quite snotty to me on multiple occasions. My friend and I were eating in the restaurant maybe 30 minutes before they closed, yet the girls working made a point of rudely cleaning up the restaurant and made us feel unwanted. Next time, I will order to go.
Way overrated. I love food and I love recommendations. There is a lot of hype about this place but nothing special. I spent over $10 and had to wait almost 25 minutes. The fries are sub par, just above dumpster food. The burger was a decent size but did not have much flavor. If I wasn't so excited about going because everyone said it was so great I probably would of liked it better. I don't see my self ever going back with so many other great options in the area.
Simply Delicious!. I always forget how much I love this place until I get a hankering for a good, old-fashion hamburger that is made fresh. I've never been disappointed and it only gets better with a side of onion rings and I like to occassionally splurge with the SINFUL milkshakes. The whole experience is perfect for a Saturday or Sunday afternoon and always has interesting people watching. Leave your phone in the car, though, they get a little crazy about loud talkers and are trying really hard to buck modern technology. Bring cash or check, no credit cards accepted.
If you like burgers you'll LOVE Red Mill Burgers.... This place is just amazing. The burgers are fantastic! The ingredients taste fresh and of great quality, the onion rings are delicious, the shakes are great... Everything is good at this place! There's usually a line and you'll wait a few minutes for your food, but when you get it, brother, you will LOVE it! Quality is apparently mission numero uno and it's "Mission Accomplished"! The only thing I don't like about this place is they don't take plastic, but I'm always willing to go get some cash to stop on in!
Carnivores of the Northwest line up at this burger joint for family-run flame-broiled goodness..
In Short
Customers in line listen to rock-and-roll music with mouths watering over the thick chocolate malts and juicy burgers. The diner-style seating areas at both locations are clean and kid-friendly, but during lunchtime, there can be a bit of a wait. Flame-broiled quarter-pound beef patties, a low-fat veggie burger, even chicken marinated in lemon-honey, can all be found on the surprisingly varied menu. The young staff is remarkably talented at making everyone happy.
Any day of the week. Red Mill is great whenever...after a Saturday of yard work or on a school nite. Ingredients are fresh - bread, veggies, and meat. The onion rings are excellent and always accompany our meals. Sparkling lemonade is the best way to wash it all down.
Milkshakes. Check out their banana milk shakes, bacon burgers, and onion rings.....yummers
Don't pass up the onion rings!. I read a review that refered to the onion rings as just "OK". Let it be known that these are the best onion rings in the seattle area. They are battered in a unique cornmeal batter that is unmatchable. Plan ahead becuase this place isn't a very well kept secret and teh lines are often very long.
