Heaven. This place is a gem!! I found it online in a random search for Seattle spas and am SO glad I did. As soon as I arrived I was brought into the quiet, dimly lit waiting area. There were candles and the sound of water trickling from the nearby waterfall. As I filled out paperwork my therapist put my feet to soak in a warm foot bath. I had the algae body wrap and it was amazing. Dionne was very professional with her "draping" and I never felt uncomfortable even though I didn't have much covering me!! Her presence was so calm and quiet that it only helped me to become more relaxed! The treatment was incredible. I never felt rushed , but more as if I was the only person there - - a nice change from big name spas. I will definitely be back to Napolitano's Eastlake location!

great color and cut. I saw Jeremy at the Eastlake location and was very pleased with his attention to detail, his patience with me not knowing what I wanted to do, and I walked out feeling on top of the world. I had to call my girlfriend to go out and she thought it was the best color I've shes ever seen on me! Thanks so much and I will definately be back

A Gem!. We are so lucky to have such a great spa as our neighborhood spa. My top experience was getting a pedicure during the recent snow storm. Allison tucked me in to a warm bed and proceeded to ready my feet for spring. Not only do they offer topnotch services but they also seem to have more flexibility in their schedules, i.e., Sunday and evening appointments. Finally, for the occasional missed appointments, they have been very nice and helpful in rescheduling. I have been going Allison for over five years and am a totally satisfied customer.

Lindsay is terrific. I first saw Lindsay this past summer and loved her so much that she did my wedding makeup and eyelash extensions--something I never would have thought I would ever do. She does meticulous work and now I'm a believer. Highly recommend her and Napolitano's in general.

Wonderful Spa Treatments. I first discovered Napolitano Day Spa in Queen Anne over two years ago, and have been a customer there every since. I have had spa treatments, including a wonderfully relaxing hot stone massage, and got my hair styled for a formal event. I really enjoyed the experience in the hair salon, and the staff provided lots of great hair advice. Typically, I get waxing done at the spa, and always request Lindsey. She is sensitive to my skin care needs, and always makes me feel comfortable during our sessions. I highly recommend Napolitano Day Spa!

This place is worth a visit!. I've been going to Napolitano in Queen Anne for a couple years now and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for an overall relaxing experience. The spa is in an old refurbished home which makes me feel like I'm just at a friends house. Napolitano on Queen Anne is a warm and inviting place where everyone is so personable and welcoming. I have been seeing Lindsay and I'm always pleased with her services. This place is worth a visit!

Great Location, Fabulous Service!. I have been seeing Alison at Napolitano for electrolysis and I can't imagine going anywhere else. She uses nice new equipment, is very thorough, and most importantly she is incredibly accommodating when it comes to my schedule. She provides excellent eyebrow tinting and gives a mean pedicure, among other services.

The salon itself is located on the top of Queen Anne on McGraw. There is always plenty of free parking, which is a plus and the vibe in the spa/salon is friendly and relaxed. I have been going to Napolitano for various services for over 10 years and am always pleased with the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Lindsay and Alison are awesome!. I've been going to Napolitano Day Spa for nearly 10 years. I started seeing Alison for electrolysis and I love the results. The prices are reasonable too. Now I am addicted to eyelash extensions. Lindsay does such a good job applying them that even the eye doctor wanted to take a second look. He could hardly tell they were not my lashes even under magnification.

Great Spa!. This is a great spa. Wonderful staff and treatments. Lindsey is especially talented. She is really helpful and always does a great job with any treatment I have. She has great suggestions and really understands skincare.
