I Love this place!

I found Dr. Bergstrom with a search from my VSP and I found Clarity and Comfort. He is smart and thorough. I always feel like he listened to my concerns. I never have to wait. The Staff are great. I get my lenses and frames polished and super advice on frame styles and fit. I love being able to touch and hold the tinting tools when I want to custom tint my lenses for driving (which I do for a living). They even let me go outside in the sunlight to look through the tints! Oh did I mention the DG's?

• Pros: Great service. Frames that look great and DG to boot.
• Cons: None parking in back and right on the #2 bus line!

Wonderful service and they know what they're doing

The first thing you notice about this clinic is that they are NICE. It doesn't feel like visiting a medical facility. I feel like a customer or valued client, not a "patient." Once when they were running behind, I said I'd get coffee next door. The receiptionist said, "I'll come get you when we're ready." Who else does that?

Dr Bergstrom is a gem. My glasses weren't quite right. I have a tough prescription and he solved the problem in about seconds. I have some issues with eye floaters and he's been wonderful. He seems more knowledgeable than an MD I had seen for the same condition.
