Very old property. Have stayed there twice because of the price and advertising. The rooms are very well used. They seem to cater to the cheap loud crowd. Security is needed due to the location. Service requests were handled well and politely. Beds not very comfortable. It is in a good location to walk around or take public transportation. Seems to change ownership a lot - first time they were Korean, second time they were South Asian. Not the worst neighborhood but not the best.

never again. I had requested a non-smoking room. When I arrived I discovered that my room was a smoking room. Usually I could handle not getting a smoking room, but when I got off the elevator it smelled like I just stuck my head in an ashtray. According to the description of the hotel, I was under the impression that I was located within walking distance to restaraunts, and area attractions. I had to walk 3 1/2 blocks to the nearest restaraunt that seemed safe. Out my window was The Hurricane Cafe (under 30 bar) the customers seemed to hang in the parking lot from dusk to dawn. It was the worst experience I've every had. I would never advise anyone to stay here... It was over priced for the condition it was in...
