Stocked with clothing well-suited for young urbanites with a passion for savvy and sexy style, Moda Xpress houses a remarkable number of blouses, skirts, slacks, shirts and jackets in trendy, vivid colors for its tiny space.
Nice selection of harder to find labels
by Rudeboy
Seattle is so starved for hip clothes, especially from smaller designers who haven't gone mainstream yet and are hard to find outside huge trend-setting cities. Having shops like Moda Xpress keep me occupied until my next trips to NYC or overseas.
I pop in every 2-3 months and despite the current space being small, the selection rotates quite often, so there's always something new to look through. I'm glad to hear they're opening up a second (larger) shop in Harbor Steps.
My only complaint is a narrow selection of sizes.
They often have good prices on mainstream lines like Kenneth Cole, Diesel, etc.
- Pros: Great selection
- Cons: Small shop

Like what you see? Check out their sister location Nuvo Moda--while the prices are considerably steeper, their selection is also much wider.

Okay, you're in your new outfit. Now go out to dinner at nearby hipster joints like the Apartment, Cyclops or Twist.
