This good looking room is my favorite
in the Tom Douglas kingdom. Grab a cocktail and a burger--you'll be glad you did.
Great private dining room for special events.

Home to quite possibly the most unctuous and luxurious premium burger ever. Don't miss out on the free happy hour pistachios and book the private room for a birthday or special event. Quintessential Seattle.
Always a solid pick, and a great spot for the carnivore in you or your life!

Whether you're in the mood for one of the best burgers in Seattle or an elegantly composed vegetarian entree, the Palace is king. The menu is ever-changing and inventive, though mainstays are the whole trout and rotisserie chicken cooked on the apple wood fire grill. Love the dramatic feel of the room and the free pistachios at the bar. Go late when the kitchen rolls out breakfast for the post-drinking crowd.

No matter how many times we go, there is always something new and delicious on the menu .
I'm lovin' it!.
Best burger in town, yes it is $12 but it's not like we haven't paid that much bizillions of times at RR. The menu is tiny but so well put together. My favourites: the whole trout (fresh and delicious everytime even at midnight!), cheese burger (with bacon, of course) and their creme caramel which keeps gettin better and better.
ps. if you are a margarita on the rocks lover.. this is the palace for you!
Always a good choice. Whether it is a full meal, just drinks, or just dessert, every time I go to Palace Kitchen, it delivers. It's a great spot to go either before or after catching a movie at the Cinerama, which is just across the street. And, the reviews are true - the hamburger here is the best!
Dining live!. Palace Kitchen offers what many upscale restaurants do not. Energitic ambance and lively social atmosphere. It can be a little loud, but its like a rockstar of restaurants. So one expects that. The menu changes to some degree, but many favorites remain available. While a table is nice for four or more people, the bars offers the best people watching and comfortable dining. Its also great for late night dining.
best burger in seattle. the fries are a little too salty, but the burger is amazing. this place also has a very cool bar to chill and people watch. i love this place....the burger is the cheapest thing on the menu i think
Four Star Atmosphere, Food and Service at a reasonable cost. Took myself and 4 friends to the Palace Kitchen to celebrate my first Real Estate investment. There isn't another Resturant I trust more than The Palace Kitchen to deliver amazing food and top notch service every time. Go... sit at the bar or get a cozy booth. You'll be raving to your friends afterwards.
Our favorite Seattle restaurant. Festive atmopshere, unique menu, superior service... what's not to love about Palace Kitchen? I have been there with my husband for romantic dinners, with family for a spontaneous meals (we have two kids), and with groups for late night appetizers and have never been disappointed. One of the best restaurants in Seattle!
It's upscale comfort food, served late.
The hamburger is $12 and YES, it's really good. The other dishes are very tasty too, we've had a lot of them from chicken, fish, beef, etc. Haven't been disappointed yet.
The appetizers simply shine! From breaded smelts (our friend was quite dubious but ate her full share!) to white anchovies with olives and Spanish almonds to fresh crab in butter, etc., etc. We never pass up dessert, like homemade ice cream or coconut creme pie.
Mostly the service is excellent although once or twice it's not quite as good, so what? Relax. I don't judge people I meet (or places I go) based on only a single bad day. :)
Great with big groups too, have always loved taking an outing here...
Best Late Night Spot In Seattle.
Seattle really needs more places like the Palace, places that serve late night foodie fare. Manila clams are so delictable that you'll want to use your bread to soak up the delicious clam broth. You will never think of chicken the same after trying the apple wood grilled chicken, moist, juicy and plump. After 10pm you can get poached eggs with house made corned beef hash for only 10 bucks. The ribeye steak is on par with that served at the Met or El Gaucho.
One warning is that smoking is allowed after 10pm so if you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, you should consider this fact.
Wonderful experience. I dined at this restaurant for the first time last night. I was very impressed. A friend and I were seated quickly and well taken care of by the waiter. He was friendly and was capable of answering the questions we had about certain dishes. We shared a salad, two appetizers and dessert. Sharing appetizers seems to be the way to go. They are the stars of the menu. We had a tomato salad with pine nuts, the goat cheese fondue, and pork cheeks, which were phenomenal. Also, we very much enjoyed the blackberry shortcake. I would definitely return and recommend to friends. The only downside is the cost. It is expensive, but I thought it was worth it.
Seattle's best. This spot is amazing! great bar - great service - great food and open late! Who could ask for more! It is a little pricey but every bit worth it - the seafood is excellent!
