Best Happy Hour In Seattle. Cascadia is my favorite place for Happy Hour. Part is because it's fairly undiscovered and I've never had a problem getting a place to sit. The mini burgers are fantastic and the douglas fir martinis are delicious. It's a great deal (price wise) and a nice place to gather friends for an after work cocktail & nosh.

Happy hour makes me smile!. I'm so sad that Cascadia isn't on the most recent BOC Seattle Happy Hour list! I looove the douglas fir martinis at almost 1/2 price, and those miniburgers have been a pseudo-gourmet meal for my stingy teaching budget many a time.

The ambiance in this place is also terrific. Very romantic, polite service (not overly chatty or friendly... just polite). I have a hankering to check out the dinner menu when money permits.

PLUS, you gotta love that they try to use local organic ingredients. And have done so since the restaurant started.

Way to go Cascadia!

Bi-partisan Burgers. Yes, they were served at a George W. Fund raiser a few years ago. Democrats and Republicans alike enjoy the famous Mini Burgers. We're talking juicy flavorful burgers about the size of a TopPot doughnut. They are the hot item for Happy Hour and at only a buck each, why not enjoy them with an order of the Calamari. Also a great treat your tastebuds!!

One of Seattle's best restaurant.. My boyfriend and I finally found a great restaurant in Seattle. Cascadia serves fresh and healthy dishes. Mini burgers and fries at happy hours are great too!

love the mini burgers!. One of my favorite happy hours...the mini burgers are great. So is the calamari. Only draw back is lack of tables - you have to get there at 5 or there's no place to sit.

Mini burgers are worth the wait!. The mini burgers are amazing here....happyhour means its really busy so you are lucky if you can get a seat -but its worth the wait! - the hand made vegetable chips are yummy too!

Great happy hour!. I have been here for happy hour several times now and each time I've been impressed. I am not the biggest fan of calamari, but the calamari cone that they serve here is fabulous! And those burgers! I can't get enough of them. I would highly recommend this place just for the food during happy hour. The price for beer during happy hour is fairly reasonable as well. The only drawback is the small deck. If it's a sunny day in Seattle and you want to sit outside you better get to Cascadia fairly soon after they open if you want to get a table outside.

Never Go Back. Me and some of my fellow companions from work have been doing happy hours around seattle for the past two months, and we found one of the all time worst happy hour environments ever. I really don't have much praise for this place its environment is stale, its staff stuck up, and there service slow. Oh....and by the way those little burgers are really not worth the 1 dollar you pay for them especially when it takes so long to procure one. I was exceptionally displeased with the fact that the waiter felt the need to charge us gratity when I constantly had to ask where food or drinks were. The place is overlly priced and the service, food, drinks, and environment drastically lacking. We as a group have decided to boycott the place for all time!!!!

Happy Hour is the best in town. I've never eaten dinner here, but come here frequently for the amazing happy hour. Extremely cheap, delicious little burgers that you can order with a variety of toppings if you're feeling fancy or plain if you're not. The calamari is good too, but only for a snack--these burgers you could (and I often do) eat for dinner. Equally amazing is the Alpine Martini which is a steal at happy hour, it is vodka with a little dollop of douglas fir sorbet in the bottom. Totally addictive. Totally my style. Try Cascadia for happy hour--you won't be disappointed.

Extremely disappointing. I chose Cascadia after researching Seattle restaurants for a week -- trying to find the best place to cut my fancy food teeth. The goal was to go somewhere that served truffles and foie gras -- two things my man and I could never afford in the past. We were so dissapointed by our meal -- and we spent so much cash! It seems like Cascadia was trying too hard: pairing flavors that definitely dont go together in an effort to be trendy. Even a simple seared tuna was stringy and unremarkable. And douglas fur sorbet? Come on! The service was beyond stuffy and our waiter was uneducated about the food. The atmosphere was equally stifling.
