This was my first time in Seattle and hence, my stay at King's Inn. I stayed for 2 nights during May. Though the surrounding noise and small room size were not so desirable, I absolutely loved my stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic - 8 blocks away from Space Needle, right next to Top Pot. The free WIFI was awesome, and I liked the little design on my wall.

like every other Hotel, double bed, television, bathroom, ice machine downstairs this Hotel stoood out to other moderately priced places for the view of needle mountain out the window.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the location is perfect, in Belltown right between Seattle Center and Downtown. And, despite the busy setting, the hotel was pretty quiet.

The best thing about this hotel, and in fact the main reason why we chose it, is the price! Oh, and the free parking.

Great location, older building but free parking was nice, no breakfast but top pot donuts is next door and wonderful. Walk anywhere in downtown without breaking a sweat. Tim and James are very friendly and helpful. Free wifi too and vending machines for snacks. Best deal downtown.

Can't beat this hotel for the price point in this location! I stayed here a few weekends ago and had a blast! There were a bunch of interesting foreigners I got to make conversation with, and lots of other weird and/or interesting people staying there as well!

I particularly liked that they had PARKING and A GATE!

Also I don't know if every bedroom is like this, but mine had 2 SEPARATE rooms in it! That meant my friend and I each had privacy (shared bathroom but who cares?!)

The Kings in was pretty much your standard hotel as far as comfort and space goes. But it is in a fairly good central location, near the monorail and the guy downstairs who looked after the desk is extremely helpful. He showed me what was what and where to go on a map and gave good advice about Seattle's tourist hotspots. Comfortable and reasonably priced it was a great place to stay.

Looking out our window you could get a glimpse of the Seattle Space Needle from our room. A great plus to have one of Seattle's most well known sights just out the window.

I stayed here last night. It offers a good deal, $89 plus taxes for a double bed en suite room for 1 person. I asked a lot of questions at reception and the guy who was there (he was named Donni) was very helpful.

Location is great, on 5th ave just a few mins walk out of town from Westlake station in downtown. Thus it is also really handy for the light rail to / from the airport.
