The Scene
This full-service Belltown hotel may not have much curb appeal, but the inside is a different story. Besides having a cozy, comfortable lobby with a warm fireplace, it has an abundance of friendly people waiting to greet you at the front desk. The establishment is popular with Europeans, who are more familiar with the French-owned hotel chain than Americans are. The hotel emphasizes the service offered by its experienced, highly knowledgeable staff.

Every year during christmas time my family goes downtown together and we always stay at the Warkwick. It is comfortable and perfect for anyone. Plus walking distance from the middle of downtown.

The Warwick is the best. It is comfortable, with an awesome staff. It's right in the Belltown/ Downtown area so very convenient to many, many restaurants, clubs, and other venues. Yet the pricing is better than most downtown hotels, and the ambiance isn't self-consciously pretentious - just good, solid upscale service and comfort. Highly recommend it.

This is not a luxury hotel. The registration and lobby areas look like those in a luxury hotel but that is where the good looks stop. Once you get above the first floor this is not any better than a 2 star hotel. The wallpaper, carpet, drapes, bedspread etc. are outdated and downright ugly. If you pay full price for this hotel you will be disappointed. The parking garage does not have an elevator; so, you have to pay for valet parking or carry your luggage up and down the stairs yourself. If you use a debit card to pay they charge you and extra $50 per night for "incidentals" and then "refund" it to you later. On the plus side: The rooms are clean. Some of the rooms have very good views of the Space Needle. The location is excellent if you are travelling from a city and are used to walking around. The downtown shopping area is within 2 blocks and the hipper Belltown area is within 4 blocks. The concierge is helpful and knowledgable. There is both a market and a movie theatre across the street. I really wouldn't have any complaints about the hotel if it were marketed for what it really is, a nice 2.5 star hotel. I would stay there again if I got a room discount because the location is so excellent.
