They quoted me $80 over the phone, but when my wife went to pickup the car, they charged her $100! I called back to tell them what happened, and they wouldn't re-imburse the difference. I asked them if they felt it was unethical and misleading to bait-and-switch people (tell them one price over the phone, but charge them more when the job is done), and they said "No". There are bubbles all over the window tint, it's such a poor job. I've had 4 cars tinted before, they never looked like this. The guy at Aspen had too many cars to tint, so he did a quick and dirty job, leading to poor results for every disappointed vehicle owner that day. Stay away from them if you want good window tinting work, and especially if you value honesty and fair business practices.
Pros: Good marketing and appeal
Cons: Dishonest business that rips off customers, plays pricing games, and does poor tinting

I had my Subaru STI tinted last summer and was unsatisfied with the result and the experience. The technician was confrontational and to opinionated to be much of a help. When asked about options such as brands of tint, or pulling the tint to the edges of the glass, the tech was rude in his answers and behaved unprofessionally. Sure, Aspen can offer a low price but the savings aren't great enough to live with a shabby tint job! The edge gaps were all inconsistent and the quality of the material wasn't very good. I subsequently went to Midnight auto tinting at 137th and Aurora and was very pleased with their service. As a topper, I noticed that someone had taken my car for a "test drive" after the job was completed. Not cool.
Pros: cheap and easy to get to
Cons: unprofessional service, marginal product
