The Details on Odyssey The Maritime Discovery
Great for kids:
While the adult admission charge isn't cheap, all children under the age of 5 are free. Children are basically given run of the center—many of the museum's hands-on exhibits are perfect for them.
Cheap eats:
When you're done running your kids or guests around Odyssey, stop by the fish bar next door. Offering inexpensive fish and chips and chowder, Anthony's Fish Bar is a cut above the rest of the waterfront's "walk up" style fish bars.
Getting there:
The center is located on the Bell Street pier between the Edgewater Inn and Anthony's Pier 66 restaurant. It is an easy walk from the trolley's Bell Street stop, or, you can park on the street or in a nearby public lot.
