Editorial Review for Rosebud Restaurant & Bar – by Citysearch Editors
In Short
The deep-red walls and Jazz-era decor make this Capitol Hill bistro a romantic date spot. Service is friendly and attentive. A pair of sleds on the wall pay homage to the "Citizen Kane" character that gives the restaurant its name. Dinner favorites include the herbed goat cheese spread and the soy- and horseradish-marinated beef tenderloin with lotus root chips. Brunch dishes, like eggs benedict, assorted omelettes and cranberry-orange pancakes, draw hungry, hungover crowds.

While tasty, eloquently worded dishes apprear on the menu, what arrives at your table is a joke. SEVERELY overpriced and laughable portions. If you are going to treat yourself to a pricey dinner, you at least want to leave feeling like you ate more than a crouton. In addition, the service was rude. There are far too many amazing restaraunts in Seattle, do not bother with this one.

Food was disgusting, waiter was totally rude. It was a complete waste of money and I would NEVER go back. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to in Seattle.
