The Upper Room Church of God In Christ appeals to the serious Christian worshiper as well as the new convert. It has a good combination of Grand ol' COGIC structure and teaching with outreach ministries in place that meets the needs of the youth and young adults. The Pastor, Kelley Easter is man with a heart of Gold. First Lady Ruth Easter is a hard working humble servant of Christ. The Upper Room makes a significant positive difference in people's lives and in the surrounding community. It is a place where souls have come to Christ, found God's love in atmosphere and received the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Pros: Powerful ministry, a great place to worship, small family-like atmosphere
Cons: Small but growing, may have to park and walk a short distance if late for service
