Didn't spend money to get snubbed. I have gone to the Express store at northgate many times, mainly because it is in my area, and not once have I had a good customer service expierience. I can honestly say that I would never recomend anyone to go to that location, I have been to many other Express stores and have never had a problem. I hope the management reconsiders their employees because they have lost a customer.
