I have been going to Lake City Travel for the past 10 years and they have yet to miss a beat. Excellent customer service and product knowledge. They go above and beyond to make your trip perfect! I recommend them to all my friends and family and they say the same thing. They even do travel for my childrens highschool band!

By far the WORST!

Trying to book a vacation through this travel agency was the worst experience. We have never been treated so terribly, or had such bad prices thrown at us in our lives. I don't know about everyone there, but we were treated terribly by Suzy, her prices were hundreds of dollars higher than what you could find online in just a few clicks....
However, because it was SO awful, We ended up finding the most fantastic travel agency to go through, Susan Parr Travel. Susan Parr gives you the most top notch customer care and prices!
