Having purchased several pieces of furniture from Don Willis in the past, we felt comfortable ordering and paying in full for a tv cabinet 1/5/08. We have yet to see it and are getting nothing but runaround. First they ordered the wrong sku, then had the nerve to offer 20% off that piece. Five weeks after re-ordering the correct sku, the piece 'missed the truck'. It's now been 3.5 months and no cabinet. It appears Don Willis Furniture has no need to keep good customers. They have refused our requests for expedited shipment, claiming their hands are tied by the supplier. They have also refused our request for any reparation.
