Check your order before leaving. My husband stopped by the Northgate Shopping Center to pick up a quick bite to eat for the two of us. He ordered a chicken sandwich and a burger. We got two burgers with beef patties instead, but were charged the extra money for a chicken sandwich. He even asked them if the chicken was breaded or grilled before ordering! So if you are ordering to go, check your bag before leaving.

Our food wasn't very warm either.

Kidd Valley was once just a humble burger shack in the U-Village neighborhood catering to college kids and 1950s nostalgia-seekers. Now it's a full-blown local chain with 10 locations and a list of fans that's as big as the phone book. For many, burgers act as merely an excuse to order the sweet french-fried onions, the fried mushrooms and the creamy fruit shakes. Some opt for the hot ham-and-Swiss or the grilled chicken sandwiches.
