This company is by far the most prompt and professional property management out there. Never fail to communicate anything and everything regarding my property. Service couldn't be better. I called about a maintenance issue yesterday and by the time I got home from work today they had taken care of it. There aren't a lot of managers who are so helpful and accommodating, and having dealt with much lesser managers before I really appreciate having truly good service from my management company!

Rochelle is a great representative of your company. She took time out of her personal time to help us with a property inspection when we drove up from Texas, almost 2000 miles. She was happy to take care of us on a Sunday, I cant say as much for some other managers we planned on seeing while we were up for a limited time in WA. They are great to deal with and have been very pleasant to deal with
