NO NO NO!. I went to the salon to get a body wave, 2 YEARS AGO! And I still have nightmares when I am reminded of them or pass the business from the street! They used harsh cheap chemicals on my hair, and burn it so bad that it was breaking off when I got home. When I was at the salon, I told her my skin was burning and hair felt 'gummy',and needed conditioner right away, and the owner said I did not need it because it was fine, etc... I called her several times the next day, (even the pedi-manucurist felt sorry for me), and she wouldn't return the calls. I came in 2 x, and saw the owner the second time I surprisd her. She said she didn't call me back because she couldn't make long distance calls from the Salon (206 to 425 area codes- of course I knew she was lying). She also said they don't give refunds. I filed with Better Bus. Bureau, and she (the owner) even didn't respond to them! She doesn't care about the customers only the $. I also found out she kept the $10 tip I left to the man-pedicurist,( I found that out during the several phone calls I spoke to the man-pedicurist when I couldn't get a hold of the owner).

I also noticed strange things. Vietnamese men coming in walking upstairs to the top level... she says they massage upstairs...but I wonder if there is something else going on? I didn't see any females going up there.
