I am being generous w/ a 2 star rating.

The original estimate was drastically underestimated so they could get the nod from my insurance company to go ahead w/ the repair. Had the correct estimate been written the car would have been totaled. Now I have a car thats worth 14K, that just had 11K worth of work done. Anyone want to buy it?
A 7 day repair turned into 30. Once I finally got the car back, AC did not work, cruise control did not work, airbags light was on...plus some other random electrical problems. They seem to farm out lots of the work, so they had the constant ability to point fingers elsewhere. I would have give them 1 star, but they earned a star by being courteous and proactively telling me to grab my ankles.

I've gone to Stetner Auto Body for many years and always had good luck. They do great work and are efficient with my time. Recomended.

Stetner's was great!

I did not have any issues whatsoever as the above poster did. I came in for an estimate, which they did immediately, on the spot, while I waited. They made an appointment with me to do the repair, and they told me it would take three days. On the third day they called and said your car is ready!!! It looked great, and the price was exactly as quoted. They are a very busy shop and I had to wait two weeks for my appointment, but it was well worth waiting for. I got 6 estimates by the way, and they were right in the running. The estimates ranged from $100 lower than theirs (for a junky on man show shop) to hundreds of dollars higher than them at several other shops. All in all I was completely satisfied. Deidre Falin
