Cons: We won't compromise on repairs to your car to satisfy the insurance company.

My car got it in the rear. My "insurance company" wanted me to take it to a shop on their list... No Way!! not playing that game... I fell for that once before (huge gaps where the hood met the left fender)... I done with the aftermarket. The good folks at HAURY's LAKE CITY Collision took care of me. I was told up front before signing anything that the insurance company may not pay for factory parts and factory approved repairs. They assured me they would do whatever they could, provide documentation, photos, write letters to congressman, etc., to help me recoup my loss and get my car repaired to preaccident condition.... Well, I have a car that has been in an accident but you would never know it... especially at high speed. The car is as smooth as ever and has a nice glossy fresh paint job.. Thanks HAURY's, thanks for sticking up for the consumer!!!!!
Pros: Very thorough, detail oriented, helpful, courteous, experts with high end vehicles.
Cons: Might take a day or two longer than a low end repair shop.
