Our experience with Seattle Gymnastics Academy at Lake City has been less than satisfactory. Our kid is around 3, so we can only speak for that age group. It's a big gym and can get very loud which can be confusing and intimidating place for kids around this age. However, we believe this can be overcome if the coaches and the staff would try to make a connection before teaching. I have brought this need for connection, but the attitude towards customer service is poor. It would be ideal if some feedback was provided throughout the 10 week session, however we only get an email at the end of 10 weeks. We realized this lack of feedback towards the end of our last session but had already paid for the next session. Unfortunately once you pay, there is no refund even if the new session has not started yet. Though the coaches may be proficient in 'gymnastics', most do not get down to the level of a child this age and make a connection first.

Customers for 11 years....SGA is the best.... All 3 of my kids (2 boys 1 girl) have attended SGA and we love it there. My daughter is now on a Team, but the recreational programs are FANTASTIC and a great way for any child to get a sense of their body and self. Always a positive experience for us.

As for the birthday party Mom who felt she didn't get what she thought, I would say it always pays to double check. We have had 4 birthday parties there and have attended at least a dozen and LOVED IT!
