Horrid Customer Service

Employees actually yelled at me saying they would not accept a one way rental return although the contract specifically listed this location as a place to drop off the truck on a cross country move. Even the regional service center tried to tell me I had to return the truck to Burien and had to call them for a return location prior to drop off, contrary to the actual text in the contract. Eventually the regional office told them to accept the truck return, but the employee still made several rude remarks. Would not recommend anyone use U-Haul if they have any other options.

• Pros: This rental was a good truck, I had rented before with a poor quality vehicle
• Cons: rude staff, very poor customer service, tried to not honor their written contract
