Hysterical owner

The owner, Mel, dimensioned my custom frame himself without setting it out before me. (He told me the border widths but didn't place them out before me.) When I got the finished work, it looked awful however because it's a custom frame there's no return. When I told him I wish he would have placed the work with the dimensions before the work order was written, he went hysterical and started screaming at me saying he did and that he's never had a single disappointed customer in 30+ years and that the dimensioning wasn't his choice but mine (which it wasn't). I'm writing this review to let you know here's his first disappointed customer in 30+ years.
