Scott epitomizes customer service. As the manager, Scott sets the tone for doing what it takes to help customers get what they want. It may be a special order or transferring an out of stock item from a different location. Scott always has a friendly greeting and sincerely cares about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend THIS Office Max location!
