Tips for Costco Pharmacy

Great prices, otherwise wanting. The prices for the subscriptions I fill are more than 1/2 the price of other places I've tried. That's a huge difference, particularly for those who have no insurance coverage for medication.

That said, the lines are long, they always underestimate the time to fill (count on at least 45 minutes, no matter what estimate they give you). Those are pretty small annoyances. What really gets me is that they are often out of the medication I need, and they have no system for orderly filling of the prescription, I just have to call in every day to see if they happen to have it, then if they do, hope it's still there when I get there.

But the price difference is so substantial I still try to do business with them whenever I can.

costco pharmacies. Their pharmacies are always a nightmare-long lines, prescriptions not ready, on and on. This was a problem when they were located in the business center and it continues to be a problem. I switched to Bartells-they are much better at customer service. However, Costco has great prices and I don't have insurance. See you in line........I'll be the one with the long grey hair!

Abusive, Steals Medicine; Fill Up Elsewhere!. My boyfriend's perscription was shorted 20 out of 70 pills at Costco Pharmacy in Issaquah; they even stored the pills in a smaller bottle. I was right beside him when we counted it. Costco claimed to have "recounted 3 times" and refuses to admit any fault, which can only mean ONE thing; my boyfriend's medicine (which, by the way, is the strength of morphine) was STOLEN by someone in a white coat, someone we should have been able to trust. My boyfriend is unable to get the proper care he needs and is now lying in bed, pale, cold, sweating, SUFFERING, because a Costco Pharmacist stole his medicine (not to mention we lost $100+ because we payed for pills that were not there). Pick up your medicine here if you like, but I would advise counting your pills out right in front of the cashier. Who cares if they think it's 'annoying'? This is your health we're talking about here. Don't let Costco Pharmacy abuse you.

And, YES, Costco, I'm going to post this review everywhere I can! What you have done to my boyfriend is disgusting, and I will fight to the end for this.

Boxes of consumer goodies are stacked as high as the eye can see at this international chain store. In Short
Formerly known as the Price Club, this large membership-only warehouse is chock-full of almost any consumer product under the sun-in bulk, of course. With goods ranging from high-end electronics to outdoor furniture to fresh lobster, this wholesale superstore has got it (lots and lots of it!). While the high-volume and low prices appeals mainly to families and business, it's not uncommon to find college students trolling the various aisles for free food samples. The various membership options offer a range of plans, all reasonably priced. A word of warning to shopaholics: If you leave home without a list, you might spend more than you bargained for with all the deals offered.
