limited selection, bad customer service. No one greeted me when I came in.

No other customers were there, just me. No one asked if I needed help.

When I was ready to check out, the clerks took a long time to break from their conversation.

Then, the checkout clerk wouldnt let me apply my rewards freeby because i didnt have a physical print out of it. At other stores, I have never had to give a coupon. This person didn;'t bother to check in the system or think outside the box.

When I left, without a movie, he just made a smirky comment and asked if I wanted my ID back or not.

When I called to voice my concern later, the person answering the phone was unhelpful and couldnt give me a number where I could call to complain.

THIS is why I would rather go to a locally owned store or go to Netflix.
