Manna is one of my two favorite places for BBQ food -- high quality meat free of fat and gristle. The meat is great without sauce, but the sauces are quite pleasing, too. (tomato based, not molasses style) The owner/operators care about pleasing their customers and it makes all the difference. My family has been enjoying Manna for over 15 years (they used to be in Fremont). I've eaten at most of the Seattle BBQ joints and nobody bests Manna for quality and consistency. The smoked turkey (sauce on the side) is our favorite take home. The pork sanwhich is our favorite eat in item.

I really like this place, so much in fact that I visit it once a week. The best is probably the pork sandwich, followed by the turkey. The whole place smells like it's been smoked, but it's the sauce you'll come back for. It practically begs to be drank!
Pros: BBQ Sauce, Inexpensive, Friendly
Cons: Little parking, Small inside, hard to get into
