Wow, let me tell you, I had the most relaxing massage by Jay at the James Alan Salon. It was the best massage ever. Jay cares about his clients and gives them all the attention that you could ever want. He assures that the pressure of his massage is just right for your liking.

You have to experience this massage at the beautiful, relaxing James Alan Salon and Spa in Shoreline. When you open the door to enter the salon you are surrounded by the ambiance and you are drawn in for all of their services, it is so welcoming.

James Alan Salon Really Cares about their clients!. James Alan Salon is the best in my book and Lori rocks! I scheduled an appointment for a client of mine and let me tell you, I had a wonderful experience from the moment I called their number! The client I am working with has CP and is quadraplegic so needless to say I had alot of questions and Cara took all the time I needed to make sure my client would be able to have all her needs met. She answered all my questions with loads of patience. Lori was the stylist and she did an awesome job. Not only is my clients hair beautiful (she got a foil and cut) but she was treated like royalty and came home beaming!!! If you want to have an overall wonderful experience I recommend you call and set up an appointment. I can only vouch for Lori's expertise at this point but I am sure you can't go wrong with any of the stylist you would encounter! One of the North Wests Best Salons. Went to James Alan for the first time in May. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Great atmosphere. Unlike some of the other high-end salons, everyone is very friendly. Great products and services available, such as facials and massages. Will only go to James Alan from now on. Be sure to ask for Tara C.

Friendly professional atmosphere. When searching for a salon 10 years ago, I happened upon James Alan Salon. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly attitude. The other salons I went into just wanted to do my hair, take my money and get me on my way. Not James Alan. I was greeted as if I had been a long time client. I immediately felt at ease albeit a little nervous. I hadn't changed stylist in years. Who knew the Heather would key into everything I needed.

Throughout the years I have used the spa services and Cindi is wonderful.

I particularly admire the community involvement that James Allan subscribes to including services for out placed women and children. A full service salon with a HEART...that's what you can expect from James Alan Salon.

One of the best hair salons I've been to. I've been going to this salon since I was a kid. Everyone is overwhelmingly nice and easy to talk to, and they give me great haircuts every time.

If you want to get a new haircut but are unsure of exactly what you want, this place is perfect; you can ask your stylist (I recommend Keri, but they're all highly skilled) for a recommendation. Most likely, it'll look great.

It's more expensive than, say, supercuts or greatclips, but you truly get your money's worth.

Amazingly talented professionals. I have been going here for about 5 years, and it is the best place I have EVER had my hair done. The hair stylists are very talented and they aren't pretentious. The prices are very reasonable. They also do a lot of community service, which I think is very commendable. It should be exciting to see them at their new location!

I love it!. James Alan is the best. I have been going to the salon since junior high! Everyone is so wonderful and all the stylists do an amazing job. I do see one person in particular-but I have had cuts and colors from others too. I feel like a new woman every time I leave.

I would reccomend this salon to anyone.

Fun and Highly Skilled Staff. I've been going to James Alan now for about 12 years. Love it love it love it. I have my special stylist but if she's not available there are others just as talented who can step up and do the job. And there's none of that "she's my client" attitude here. It really is a team environment. AND they have late evening hours. You don't have to go downtown to find high end stylists anymore.

These guys rock!. Believe it or not, I have been getting hair cuts/treatments at James Alan since I was old enough to sit still throughout the service! All of the stylists are incredible, and the salon does great things for the community! Not only do I love being a James Alan client, I am proud to tell people I am! (I know this review is super corny, but it's true!)
