Worst service ever

I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I asked them to check by brakes because i didn't feel they were reliable.. They checked it and replaced brake pads.. that's it. I didn't feel that breaks were reliable again and went to another shop for estimation. They checked it and found out that the cylinders were leaking. When i went back to Lees they said that they just didn't notice it (bad, very bad mechanics) and did estimation again... on six hundred dollars (i could add +150 in previous estimation place and get it fixed). Will never go there. Also, Customer Service is TERRIBLE. No any respect to the customer and treated like a boy.

Fixed right, the first time

Took my vehicle to Lee's on the advice of a friend who'd had a good experience with them. Turns out, I should have been going to Lee's for as long as my friend has. From the instant I walked in the door, I was treated with the utmost respect, I was helped in a timely manner, and I fully understood what needed to be done to my vehicle and why. Even though the shop was full of cars, the manager facilitated my repairs in the most efficient way possible, and I didn't have to wait very long to get my car back. I will be sending everyone I know to visit Lee's automotive, as their 30 year reputation precedes them, and they step up to the challenge, every time.

Professional Shop Goes Above and Beyond!

I've been a long-time customer at Lee's Automotive, and have recently met the new manager in charge of shop operations. Compared with the previous management, he is a breath of fresh air in the scandal-ridden repair industry. At all times I was treated with outstanding courtesy and respect, was thoroughly informed about the work that was being done on my car, and when I had to leave my car for two days for advanced diagnostics, he even arranged a rental car for me for cheap! Owen and his team of professional technicians took the time to make sure I was happy with my repairs, and they stood behind their work with a one year, 12,000 mile warranty. I will never take my car to any other shop, because I know with absolute certainty that I will always receive great service, great pricing, and above all, quality repairs that last with Lee's Automotive.
