It's winter all year here: Temperatures inside the regulation-size rink are kept at a chilly 50 to 55 degrees so that people of all ages can enjoy gliding gracefully, or not so gracefully, around the rink on a layer of ice. Private and group lessons are offered daily and young Michelle Kwan hopefuls are often still practicing during the afternoon public sessions. The evening sessions are best for those still awkward in their skates.
