Seattle >Bader & Olson
Very professional and customer service oriented with high attention to detail. We are a Seattle-based furniture company and ship all over the country...I was very impressed with how they handled a recent large shipment of our furniture.
Best mover in 30 years.
I started using Bader & Olson in 1980 and over the years have used them extensively for office and household moves as well as record and furniture storage.
They have never failed to provide top notch, quality service.
I would never think of using anyone else.
30 years of first class service cant' be beat.
Great Service. My furniture was moved with great care and with no damage. The crew was polite and careful. My bill was less than expected. Overall a great service.
Excellent Care Given.
On time with delivery, my Dining Table arrived looking great!
Final bill was a little under estimate!
Worst Moving Company in Seattle area!. Bad and Olson quoted my moving job at $90 an hour. When the final invoice was given to me at the end of the day, they charged me $135. I was given no verbal or written notice of the charge in rate, which made me very angry because the company had 3 opportunities (on the phone making arrangements for the move) to tell me before the job started. When I spoke with the owner of the company, Carl Compton, I was told that they did in fact tell me that they were increasing the job from two to three people, but I was not told that the rate would increase because I should have "figure that out on my own." Mr. Comptom was rude, and because he has "been in the business for 20 years" apparently he feels that he can speak to people in a condescending way. The customer is not "right" with Bader and Olson. In fact, the customer is treated poorly and expected to know all the ins and out of the moving business in order to figure out how B&O conducts business. When asked, Carl Compton did not deny that it is not his company's policy to accurately quote hourly rates. I can not warn people enough to not deal with this company.
