Foodies will do anything to relive a great meal. Kolbeh does so with great food and perfect ambience. Kolbeh is offer lamb, Chicken and beef Kabob, skewered and grilled over open fire. For our money , we say kabob fan are the best you can find in US. It is best deal and test you can get.

I will never go back. Ever. Five of us stepped in for a quick beer on a Friday night. Our server did not know that Sierra Nevada was a beer - even though it was only one of the four on tap. If you have only four beers on tap, don't you think your server would at least know the names? Before she could bring us a pitcher, she "had to find the bar manager." She came back a few minutes later, saying that we would have to wait, since he was having a cigarette out back. Fine. a new server, she wasn't trained right, no big deal. We get our pitcher, enjoy our beer as we watch the 6 people behind the bar stare at us, then ask for our bill. They charged us $25 for a single pitcher of beer. I asked the new server (the previous one disapeared) if that was correct. I have NEVER seen a pitcher for $25 before. He went to check at the bar, came back and said the $25 was correct, and that we also had to pay the $5 tip that was added to our bill (we were a party of five). Unbelievable. Since there were 6 large men staring us down, and we were in a good mood, we paid the outrageous price, but will never, ever, go back.

Please READ: As other reviews have already mentioned, this restaurant has a lot of history! It is owned by the same person as it has been for the last several years, but he "rents" Kolbeh to new "management" tenants. The owner has never done a good job at running the restaurant on his own, and neither has the last two "management" tenants. It is currently being managed by a new tenant as of May 1st 2009. The manager, Igor, has run Russian restaurants all over the world and is looking to change the Kolbeh impression. He has his own new menu and is changing the entertainment and image of Kolbeh for the better! You should stop by and say hi to Igor, better yet, say it in Russian..."Privet"!
