Amazing Customer Service

I bought a spa from there 2 weeks ago, and am glad I bought it from them. When it was delivered it wouldn't start up, and they had a technician out that same day to fix it. My electrican had messed something up, and the Aqua Quip man fixed it then spent an hour walking me through it and giving me tips on how to take care of it.

Incredibly poor service after the sale

DO NOT expect these folks to be proactive on any post sale issues that come up. It will become your job to get any issues resolved if you buy a tub from these guys. Happy with the tub, but their service is awful.
