Citysearch Editorial Review.
This Central District tofu factory hides a gem of a restaurant behind its grim facade. With little (if anything) declaring the dirty front and small door as an eatery, you must know what you're doing to go inside. Once you're there, though, the dim sum, or Chinese breakfast, is delicious. The inside is pleasantly decorated and the clientele in the know are a mix of Chinese families and a diverse group of neighborhood residents. The large menu offers a variety of dishes, from dumplings and buns to main dishes. The specialties of the house that must be ordered are anything with tofu or tofu by-products--they are unlike anything you can get outside of a tofu factory.
