great place to shop, clean merchandise and friendly staff and many are bilingual making it easy to communicate with people and friendly staff that work hard and have fun but are very professional!

This is the worst pawn shop White Center area. Staff is very rude UN-helpful also will lie to you in a heartbeat. Not one particular person everyone. Just rude. I should name names but I will not.



They will cheat you on loans by offering way less than competitors in the neighborhood. If you must pawn just stay away from this business, there are others that will give you a fair price. Also when your due date is near they will sell your items BEFORE they are due and say they misplace it. Twice this has happen to me and was offered items that were no way comparable to what I took in..(loan value? WTF!!)

So if you don't want to feel worst than you do having to pawn your stuff

stay far away from Pawn Pros White Center. After a long history with Pawn Pros I will NEVER shop there again!

I will never shop with this company again.. I went into this store a few weeks ago and I must say I am no stranger to pawn shops because I love a good deal. This shop was one of the worst I have ever been in, yes it was clean and some what organized but the employee/ manager was what really TICKED me off. I came into the store, no hello or friendly greeting. Walk over to the jewelry and the employees seemed more interested in the girl that was working behind the counter also than in their customer service. Finally when a employee came over she showed me some jewelry that was WAY over priced, I collect antique rings, bracelets, necklaces etc... I couldn't believe how over priced they were, sure pawn shops wheel and deal but even that wouldn't help their prices. I said something to the girl and she even agreed, you know its bad when your employee with bad mouth the prices and she had every right to! So I had enough of their tacky over priced jewelry so I walked around a little looking at EVERYTHING else that was overpriced... even the broken items we not priced fairly. What I over heard was sickening I guess he was the manager a short Hispanic guy was making racial slurs at customers and treating his employees like sweat shop workers. The lady that was helping me before clearly did not enjoy her job because as I could see as a woman and first and fore most a customer, she was being sexually harassed by who I believe to be the manager. I am sickened by this establishment and I can honestly say I will never be back. I hope that this gets to many people. Please do NOT support business like this.
